This lesson is one of a series (scheme of work) to teach Introduction to Motivation. This lesson has been especially designed for GCSE Business Studies. ⠀ This lesson is intended to introduce motivation as a concept (benefits of having motivated and consequences of having demotivated staff) and then introduces Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. This lesson / resource is about Stakeholders in a Business . It has been designed for the GCSE specification with the following learning objectives: • To be able to define a ‘stakeholder’ • To be able to identify the interests of stakeholders • To be able to give an example of a conflict between stakeholders This download includes: • A full lesson PowerPoint • Printable sheets for 2 activities • A Case STudy for discussion The lesson is centered around students defining and clarifying their knowledge of what a Stakeholder is, looking at whether they are internal or external stakeholders. They then look at how stakeholders have different interests that sometimes align or conflict before moving onto discussion of a business case study. All necessary resources to run the lesson are included in this download. The aim of all my resources is to provide lessons / activities of good quality that will add value to your lessons / schemes of work. All activities and resources have been used in class and any errors will be fixed and resources updated as soon as I am aware of any errors.
